3 different cultures
4 progressive stages.

NEAR employs a unique and well-tested educational method consisting of a gradual comprehensive pedagogical process spanning a full academic year. The method involves an online platform in which small groups of students from different communities collaborate to complete joint tasks. The medium of interaction among the students progresses incrementally from text, to image, to audio, to video.

The method of introduction is designed to build trust and neutralize the prejudices that often inhibit and distort interpersonal meetings of people from different cultural and ethnic groups. At the end of the year, after the students have grown familiar with one another through the program’s various interactive digital activities, the students meet face to face. The method has been successfully implemented for over 10 years with well-proven results supported by academic studies.
